{Cinema} Is Transformers 3:Dark of the Moon a prequel?

Looking more like a prequel than a sequel. Are we interesting this whole new story? We have our opinions. Now, we have to get used to new robots. Also no longer a rumor that Meagen Fox is going to star in the film. There goes the sex appeal.
